2.2 Custom or Personalized Products
For custom or personalized products:
- Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective
- If a custom product is defective, we will offer a replacement or repair
- Refunds for defective custom products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
- Ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions
- Include a copy of your receipt and return authorization in the package
